Trump didn’t say people were dying in the street. He said he wouldn’t want to see people dying in the street. In other words, he is saying all people should be assured of receiving health care, which has been the case even before Obamacare. It appears Rush is having comprehension problems.

Why go to the ridiculous? I would think there are some reasonable people that might be getting a little tired of trying to interpret or explain what Trump said, meant to say, why he said something and then excuse him when they realize he just didn’t know what he was saying.
Rush is going for Rubio right now, and he’s being deliberately dense on this.
“Dying in the streets” was an obvious catchphrase for providing truly poor people some form of Medicare which Trump explained.
For everyone else Trump espoused a free market solution, and yes he said he likes coverage for pre-existing conditions.
That last item is counter intuitive to free market but the fact is people are afraid of being uninsurable.
Trump’s full explanation was not as Rush portrayed it.
