Trump says he’ll send the illegals home, but allow the good ones to come back at the HEAD OF THE LINE. Not at the back of the line who are applying to come in legally. Touch Back is a DEM proposal.

So...If supporting Trump to stand up to the GOP is the standard

************
That is not what I said at all. What led you to conclude that was THE standard?

Please carefully re-read my comment and note that I said “at least”, which means just that — standing up the GOP is just one part of the support for Trump and not the only one. If it had been THE reason I would have said that.

Dear Lord,

Let the righteous anger of Trump’s supporters triumph over those seeking to undermine him. Guide him to victory in your holy name.

Amen.

I am always curious of posters like you and CW who put nothing on their “about” page....no state, no comment, no tagline, no nothing. Makes me wonder if you’re just a paid troll.

My two choices are Trump and Cruz. My fears about Cruz was about getting the vote out in the general. If we have any chance of turning this ship around, we’re going to need the involvement of the mods and the indies.

Personally, I’d like to see Ted as AG.

Hey Americans just want a winner again and that’s nothing to be embarrassed about.

We’re pissed, and the PTB in DC are the reason. You’re supposed to “dance with the one what brung you”, and they did not. They betrayed us.

The way I see it, if you have the word, “Senator” or “Congressman” in front of your name, you’re part of the problem. So, what you said...: “The GOPe failed us and we are firing them.”

You think they’re paying attention? How many are up for re-election next time around?

Agree. They would have rolled over again like they always do.

No, but delusion on.

CW has long been a stalwart presenter of conservative values here. That has not changed.

What has change is many previously assumed conservatives turned out to be able to now ditch common sense conservatism and have irrationally fallen blindly in love with Donald Trump.

You’re condemning Trump supporters for not knowing “when to stop”?

Apparently Cincinnatus’ Wife, NOT a Trump supporter, didn’t know when to stop, based on the absence of Post #1. This door swings both ways, baby.

I don’t think that most office holders in the GOP (at the national level) have yet “internalized” the message coming from the conservative voters in the party. They are still in denial. They only care about their jobs and perks, not representing the people who sent them to Washington.

The GOP is corrupt and in need of a serious house cleaning. And I hope we give that to them this time around. Its time to drain the swamp.

Same was said about Reagan. Republicans win when we run a conservative. We lose when we run a moderate.

What’s changed is: previously assumed conservative candidates have paid lip service to us, time and time again, and went to DC with our blessings and hopes, and got into bed with the establishment, and screwed us over.

That’s what’s changed!

I think after thirteen years on this forum, I deserve a little more than being considered a paid troll. Just so you know, I am always curious about posters like you who stalk posters like me for personal information. But I do want to thank your for your service to this nation anyway and I sincerely mean that!

The day Donald Trump apologizes, from his heart, for the personal humiliating unnecessary attacks on people like Carly Firoina, is the day I would CONSIDER voting for him, getting on his knees and asking God for forgiveness would help also. In the meantime, I don’t want him and his euro-trash wife sleeping in the WH.

“No tears here. Just pure embarrassment for the mental state of the country.”

You don’t get it. Trump isn’t our candidate.

He’s our murder weapon. And we are going to use him to gut the GOPe Quislings like fish. Then we are going to toss the rotting K Street carcasses on the gut pile and watch the buzzards feed on them.

We good now, Durbin?
