Here’s the latest: Rep. Trent Franks, an Arizona Republican, sent the letter to fellow Republicans Wednesday evening. He’s asking would-be signers to back his push to rally the establishment around either the Florida or Texas senator in an effort to defeat Donald Trump, the current frontrunner for the GOP nomination.
The letter argues that one candidate should continue on in the presidential race while the other is named a vice presidential candidate.
We need someone in the race to remind us that if we’re in the cupcake business, we’d better be prepared to bake any kind of cupcake for any reason or event, or he’s going to come after us with the full weight of the federal government. Paying a $135,000 fine for refusing to bake a cupcake is reasonable to the mailman. It’s what Jesus would want us to do after all. Kasich is just a better person than the rest of us.

Agreed, the HAVE to say that. Fine with me - but so long as they stay in the race and keep splitting up the non-Trump votes, Trump will continue to roll over them all, whether anyone likes it or not. That’s just the math.
