Rubio is jumping the shark today, in bizarre “MANIC” mode.

It doesn’t really wear well to see someone trying to sound like Patton on steroids who has yet to win anything, anywhere, ferociously shouting “VICTORY”, in the air, land, and at sea. lol.

The word “space cadet” comes to mind. And Cruz is off somewhere in virtual mourning by now.
