Not sure that Trump wants to knock Cruz out ‘badly.’ Cruz did a pretty good job knocking himself out. Though I do admit that it would be pretty devastating to what’s left of Cruz’s campaign to lose his home state, even if there’s only maybe one delegate’s difference.

If it helps him get elected , Trump will say or promise anything. It would be a knif in either Democrat for Van Jones to endorse him and appeal to young blacks, all for the nothing burger of Commerce Secretary.
