Sure sounds bizarre, as such criticism would be assumed. And even if it did not exist it does now.

I hope they appeal this one. I think this “no photos” stuff is very dangerous. It includes everything from government officials not wanting to be photographed in the course of their duties to political candidates not wanting to be photographed at particular events or insisting on being photographed, even by the press, from a particular flattering angle, etc. it’s getting crazier and crazier and more and more repressive.

Public servants, performing their public duties, in public, have no right to privacy where those duties are concerned. Off the job theyre private citizens, but on the job theyre fair game.
^ This, and I will add being paid from the public treasury.

How is photographing the police “interfering with law enforcement.”
= = =
Photographing a person can “Steal their Soul”.
And that is theft.

Recording is not interfering.
= = =
It is interfering if you are able to record the truth.
Then the cops cannot tell their normal lies, which interferes with normal cop business.
See, recording IS interfering.

They always tell you not to record the police when you to got a totalitarian or communist country.

> Recording is not interfering.
Unlike classical constitutional reasoning this must be a quantum mechanical court decision... measuring something causes it be changed.

SCOTUS has already ruled on this. The judge will be slapped down. That's what I thought. This is easy peasy anyway. It's always for evidence.
