Why Trump Is Winning
Newsmax ^ | 2/26/2016 | Scott Rasmussen

In a time where voters believe that all of official Washington is corrupt, the notion of having a president who doesn't owe anybody anything can seem enticing. Besides, many voters concluded long ago that it doesn't matter whether Republicans or Democrats win.

In either case, the political insiders are the real winners and the nation is the loser.

We've seen this storm coming. Three presidents in a row came into office with their party in control of Congress. Each time, unhappy voters expressed their disapproval in midterm elections by putting the other party in charge of congress.

Never before in American history has that happened to even two consecutive presidents.

This is a fundamental rejection of both political parties.

The rise of Donald Trump as the Republican front-runner is another expression of this frustration.

The problem is, conservatism hasn’t been marketed effectively.

That same argument is used to tout Marxism.

Of all the candidates, not one of them is any more trustworthy. Until proven differently, Trump just might do what he says he will do.

So, I’m to understand that because certain politicians, but not all, sell themselves as conservatives but act and vote as moderates or liberals, you will throw conservatism in the trash and join the autocrats! Brilliant!

The uniparty international NWO fascist oligarchy has been running the USA into the ground for 30 years and making a bundle doing it. The American people are finally going to get a nationalist populist President. If Trump doesn’t work out an new leader will be found. This isn’t about Trump. Tell the lovable little fuzzball the paradigm has changed.

—Here are a few reasons why Trump is winning—

And the media.. the GOP ... could have done something a long time ago to stop obama from all that. They did not... so we are fixing things.... we finally have enough anger due to their weakkneed attitude, to outvote the establishment.

Conservatism has failed people for over ten years. Conservatism needs to be retooled so that it produces something here. Right now conservatism is an untested academic exercise.

You're right... it's been treated like it's a college debate team ...

Is the truth off shoring and importing indentured servants for the Cheap Labor Express is good for Americans? So is that conservatism?

Conservatism failed when people who claimed to be conservative were willing to vote for traitors who were arming the Muslims and perverts who installed school curricula teaching kids the pleasures of kinky sex and who invoked homosexual marriage by executive order.

That was not a time to be on the plantation.

That is why Trump is winning (it sure has heck is not his support of Planned Parenthood) - and that is what the GOPe TOTALLY MISSED when they pushed Jeb...Jeb actually wasn’t bad on most issues - but as Jeb learned the hard way, immigration is the ONLY ISSUE that matters, for this election.

You're right... and the most important concern - the one that knocks other candidates out of competition - is the fear they might NOT be strong enough on stopping illegals. Immigration is the only issue that matters... It's why Rubio will fail.

You have the same “you didn’t build this” mentality as Obama. No one is entitled to any job. If foreign labor markets are more competitive, it’s because of crap like government schools, quantitative easing and obamacare not to mention the murder of our labor force through abortion.

None of us know for sure. So, we are forced to rely on past statements and positions. And even some current ones he’s made.

No, and that's my entire point; we need to look at what he's DONE, not what he's said.

This is why movement conservatism is dead to me. And dead to 80% of Americans. Your arguments for what conservatism means is fringe lunacy. Way to kooky to the average SANE American.
