Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's claim Sunday that his self-named university got a "A rating" from the Better Business Bureau is true -- but that's only half the story.
In an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," Trump defended Trump University, which largely shut down in 2011 and is the subject of multiple lawsuits alleging false marketing for what was essentially an entrepreneurship seminar, not a college.
The course got a "98 percent approval rating and high marks" from participants, Trump said on "Meet the Press," adding: "We have an A from the Better Business Bureau."
Trump repeated the BBB claim twice more in the same response.
The BBB said a statement to NBC News on Sunday that Trump University currently has no rating because "the company is believed to be out of business."
But when it was assessed by BBB Serving Metro New York, the Trump Entrepreneur Initiative -- the name under which Trump University has most recently operated -- had, indeed, gotten the BBB's top rating in the past, it said.
In fact, according to the rating agency, Trump appears to have undersold things -- at times in the past, his "university" had an A-plus rating.
But it's not all good news for the Republican front-runner. The BBB's ratings are "dynamic" and are based on a constantly shifting algorithm, meaning they're changing all the time. And over the years, the company's rating had fallen as far as D-minus -- an assessment Trump chose not to mention Sunday.
The worst part of the debate is when Megyn Kelly decided Little Marco wasn’t doing a good enough job on Trump and decided to have her go at him on Trump University. She couldn’t appear to help herself, and it clearly was out of bounds for a moderator.
So, basically - Megan Kelly is a lying pressitute, once again.

She'd clearly only given Marco permission to use them for just a little while tonight...
Ratings are based on information the agency has avaialble, so if a company declines to provide accurate inforamtion the rating may be incorrect. Trump said they did not provide information until they became aware of the D- rating, and after they did so it was elevated to an A rating.

But, Trump explained today that that was because they were late in turning in the annual information required by BBB...if an active business does not turn in the materials requested they lower the rating. Once the materials were turned in his rating went back up to A...he offered to provide the paperwork, but they are not interested in his innocence, they are only interested in harming his candidacy. The establishment and it’s media are out to sabotage him...which means the American people...do not fall for this.
It's her JOB to make people like Trump look bad.
They wouldn't pay her that much unless the newsslut was worth it.

I really don’t think there are many people that can stand up for themselves and keep their cool as well as Trump has demonstrated today. It’s a horrible thing to realize multiple people are coming after you with twisted and pure slander as they attempt to ruin your good name.
Trump did exceptionally well with tonight’s debate. Today , Trump showed the world, that he does have the Right Stuff!During the past week I have been amazed at the number of assault’s that have been made upon this man’s integrity.
Trump has not caved to pressure. He continues to display great courage and preserves his right to defend himself against an army of treacherous people that are out to destroy this good man.
Go TRUMP GO.......all the way to the White House!
