PR and American territories send delegates to the party conventions. No one cares about those primaries since they won’t be voting in the presidential election in November.

To give American citizens representation in choosing the party nominee.

Washington, DC has a primary too. The main difference between DC and PR is that in DC people pay 100% federal taxes but don’t have a voting Representative or Senators, whereas in PR they don’t pay any federal taxes and have no voting representation. Also in DC, if the government shuts down they are not allowed to spend their own tax money to run the city, garbage collection, DMV, etc.

I don’t think so.

None of them got anything worthy of scraping together.

“I did. Does it cause you problems?”

HELL NO, nothing on this board causes me problems - most of it makes me laugh like hell these days. That was a joke. Look at. Tell me it don’t look like an eye chart! Lighten up!

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

When my web site updates the graphic, I believe it will be easier for you to read the names of those who dropped out.
