Rigged elections and oblivious voters
wnd.com ^ | 3/8/2016 | Mychael Massie

Elections are a rigged game, and everyone knows it but the voters. They are pawns, the useful idiots, if you will.

The establishment Republican hierarchy, the Rubio campaign, the GOP and the Republican National Committee, along with the shadowy “evil spirits” who assume human form during times of great fear that We the People might actually have a true say in the governance of our lives, are roaming the political landscape with the character and stench of the rotting dead.

The object of the 2016 general election has become: “STOP DONALD TRUMP,” even if it means finding a way to throw the election to Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton. I hope you are listening to me because those glued to Fox News and talk radio are not going to get the truth I am about to tell you.

It ain't just the gopE. Seems like the radical left wing extremists might just conspire with the gopE to take Trump out. What are they so scared of? That he hasn't taken any funding from anyone and therefor is not obligated to return favors? Thanks Mr. Massie for your observations.

Thank you for posting this. It is absolutely true. Herman Cain was an example target, but Trump is facing an unprecedented assault, as would have Carson.

I think the most striking line and so true was:

“These actions are only slightly more sophisticated than the machinations of election fraud that takes place in Third World countries.”

We are becoming Third World right before my eyes.

WND is conspiracy theory central. Just because they are right wing and I tend to be right wing does not make them a credible source of opinion.

That is precisely why I demand ANONYMOUS POLITICAL FUNDING. All political donations should be ANONYMOUS. You can't "sell" influence if you don't know who is buying. Americans should have the right to contribute any amount they please to any party or candidate they choose; that is FREEDOM. But to receive "favors" in return makes it BRIBERY, a crime.

An additional benefit is that candidates will have to make known their views on a wider range of issues, to attract donations from like-minded issue oriented voters.

Most of us can separate fact from opinion. And just because we're paranoid, it does not mean the they're NOT out to get us!

Not so much wnd as Mr. Massie. He’s usually spot on with his assessments. In nothing else, food for thought.

I like Mychael Massie. He’s even using the Matrix example. I’ve expressed this a number of times to my friends and here. after the 2/15 National Review broadside, my eyes opened up. I truly DO feel unplugged from the Matrix. Each plot that the GOPe comes up with makes it clearer and clearer.

p.s., I voted Herman Cain the last Presidential Primary.
