I should have said, the Medicaid recipients thank you for financing their healthcare.

The 12.5 million Californians including all illegal aliens under 19 on Medi-Cal thank you. And you know they will all be voting for Hilliary.

And don't forget, the REPUBLICAN PARTY---every one of them, every senator and representative sitting in Congress in 2014---led by RNC head Reince Preibus, McConnell, Boehner---

...EVERY ONE OF THEM SWORE that if we'd give the Republicans the SENATE in the election of 2014 they would REPEAL OBAMACARE.

They PROMISED. They swore. MANY MANY times more than Obama ever said, "You can keep your plan, you can keep your doctor..."

Remember the names of Republicans sitting in the US Senate during the oaths of 2014 to repeal Obamacare: Ted Cruz. Marco Rubio.

THEY LIED!

And people seriously are considering sending these LYING THIEVES back to Washington???

We KNOW the REPUBLICANS in Washington, DC, are ALL LIARS. (Incidentally they also promised to secure the border, block all amnesty, reduce the budget, reduce the debt, etc.)...ALL of this with ZERO intention of actually DOING anything.

Of course, 2014 was just the most recent of many election years of LIES by the Republicans, yet we sent them back every year, rewarded them for their lies. The Congress elected in 2014 PASSED THE OMNIBUS BILL, giving Obama everything he wanted---funding to bring Trojan Horse muslims in and to settle them across America in communities just like yours, providing them with free benefits you don't receive and will never receive; fully funded Planned Parenthood---including the selling of baby parts. The Republicans fully funded the importation of Syrians and Somalians and others, flown in, often in the dark of night, without going through even customs or TSA. The Republicans did NOTHING to secure the border---the funds have already been allocated for a barrier, but the Republicans did not execute it and spend the money already approved for the project. The Republicans pushed Gang of 8 amnesty and geometric increases in work visas for foreigners, as well as openly facilitating the EXPORT of US jobs via "treaties" like TPP. (Am I striking close to home, Cruzers??)

It shouldn't be called Obamacare. This is GOP-Care. Every accomplishment of the last two years of Obama, as well as most of the previous five years, lay squarely at the feet and on the consciences of the Republicans.

With health care insurance running $600-800/month (among folks I know), a $2000 penalty or tax or whatever would still be a bargain! Even at the $600/month figure, that is $7200/year!

We are paying the same now for our insurance but with no deductibles and everything is covered with co pays. It’s still horrible but better than what Obamacare wanted. With our dental, prescription coverage, and medical it is more than $1300 per month but still better than Obamacare. It has almost doubled since they started talking Obamacare.

Wasn't there a lawsuit challenging Obungholecare on that very point? What happened to that?

I think it may have disappeared into the "Black Hole of Politics" never to be seen or heard from again.

100% agree. I remember vividly how livid I was, after all the calls and emails and mailing our pleas. The rats never left another question in my mind of how dirty they are, and the republicans have proven without a doubt that they are worthless.

I do NOT have the crapcare and will never buy it, ever.

No, the admin tried to scam people to go along with it by saying it was not a tax.

At scrotus they defended their right to do it by saying it WAS a tax.

Yep...

Obamacare is an absolutely unconstitutional law.

NOWHERE in the Constitution is there any authority given to the federal government to force people to purchase a product from a third party (in this case, health insurance from an insurance company) that they may not need or want to purchase. IT JUST DOES NOT EXIST!

Furthermore, Obamacare was unconstitutionally originated in the Senate and defended in court as if the “penalty” for not making this unconstitutionally mandated health insurance purchase was actually a constitutionally permissible “tax”, even though no tax laws can originate in the Senate.

And again, I see NOWHERE in the Constitution that there is any authority given to the federal government to *penalize* or even tax people who do not purchase a product…

Obamacare: I will NOT comply… I will NEVER comply…

The House currently under Republican control has passed on numerous occasions many restrictions and repeals of Obamacare. But these restrictions and repeals CANNOT take effect if the Senate does not approve AND the President does NOT sign it into law. Obama would surly veto any repeal...

Just a reminder; I’m pretty sure that NOT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN REPRESENTATIVE OR SENATOR VOTED FOR OBAMACARE when it was passed. It was done totally by the Dems.

“A tax that originated in the Senate”

And that frucking fraud Roberts would not bring up the case that exposed the origination. Why? because that illegal child adopting fraud Roberts missed that little inconvenient fact when he declared OC was a tax.
