Hours after Donald Trump canceled a Friday night rally in Chicago, citing safety concerns as hundreds of vocal protestors filled the crowd, he appeared before a crowd in Dayton, Ohio, to condemn the "planned attack" in Illinois, Reuters reports – even as a man at the Dayton event allegedly moved toward the stage, sending Secret Service agents to surround Trump.
Video from the rally captured the moment agents suddenly appeared next to Trump when a man "attempted to breach the secure buffer and was removed rapidly and professionally," a campaign spokeswoman told NBC News.
Identified as Thomas Dimassimo, he was charged with disorderly conduct and inducing panic, Dayton Airport Police Chief Mike Etter told NBC News. Dayton Airport Police did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for a comment.
Trump himself seemed jarred by the moment, though he bounced back afterward, telling the crowd, according to the Dayton Daily News, "Is anything more fun than a Donald Trump rally?"

Even if this guy turns out to be a Cruz or Bernie supporter, I wouldn’t blame either of those candidates. There are plenty of crazies to go around. But if he turns out to be a Bernie supporter, I bet the MSM won’t acknowledge it.

Bottom line is this...Obama is to blame for all of this. This is actually the one thing Obama does well, whip up violence, anger, rage etc. This is his “community organizing” at his best. He has organized a radical black/muslim/far left hate mob over the past few years by spreading lies (especially about the Ferguson incident) Trayvon etc. All he does is feed his black muzzy lemmings red meat and point the finger at Trump and they attack.
Let’s be real here. Over the past 48 hours the rage directed against Trump has boiled over to murderous rage. The radical black panther left is now actively trying to kill our candidate. Not kill his image, not kill his reputation, not kill his campaign. They want to literally end him and start a race war.
Obama. This is all on you. Every morsel of this is YOU. Don’t tell me Trumps rhetoric at his events has anything to do with this. Trump has only been on the political scene for a few months, Obama and the left wing mobsters that came before this have been up to these schemes for decades.
