Cruz did not even honor his oath of office to serve six years in the US Senate representing the lone star state. He had a filibuster,then he beat feet for the campaign trail for the presidency,which is where he was intending to be. Take the oath,take the money,then start running for another job. What a fraud. You would not even keep a lawn man that did that. You would have crab grass up to your chin.
