A Pennsylvania judge has rejected an effort to kick Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz off the state primary ballot, ruling that the Texas senator’s birth outside of the United States doesn't disqualify him from the ballot under the U.S. Constitution.
The ruling is the latest legal victory for Mr. Cruz on the eligibility question. So-called "birther" suits have been filed in other states, including New York and Illinois. The cases in those two states were dismissed on technical grounds.

Unlike the suits filed against Mr. Cruz in other states, the case in Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court resulted in a ruling on the underlying constitutional question. The judge, citing various legal scholars, agreed with Mr. Cruz that he's eligible to run.

You might be wondering why a state court - and not a federal court - is tackling the constitutional question about presidential eligibility.
There's no consensus in the legal community on the meaning of "natural born citizen." But some scholars, most notably Ohio State University law professor Daniel Tokaji, have observed that state court could be where a court action opposing Mr. Cruz's place on the ballot has the best shot of going somewhere.

During the Primary, yes, the RATS courts/judges will say Ted Cruz is ‘eligible whether you like it or not’,
If Cruz is the nominee, the RATS courts/judges will instantly change to - Ted Cruz is ‘Not eligible whether you like it or not’.
GOPe, RATS, media, courts/judges, just about all officials at every level of gov are corrupt to the core and they will ‘rule’ whichever way is convenient for them at different times.
Look at this fact -
1. obama was allegedly born in USA (as claimed in his forged online bc)
2. to a USA citizen mother.
When challenged, they desperately lied that the so-called bc is good/legitimate.
WHY? because they cannot rule/claim obama eligible if obama was born in a foreign country!
Why didn’t they rule that obama is nbc just because his mother was a US citizen, disregarding where he was born?

Later if Cruz is nominated, they will change to a different ‘ruling’ that he is NOT eligible because he was not born in USA!

Wrong again, because the Democrats have said for more than a lifetime that they would rather vote in a Yellow Dog as President before they would do so for any Republican candidate. If they can use dead people in the cemetery to vote in Democrats like Lyndon Baines Johnson and Barack Hussein Obama as President, there must not be any impediment to voting in a Yellow Dog or a Yellow Cat, unless the candidate is a Republican like Ted Cruz.
Their paranoia is starting to run deep...
