He’s just a geography by chance southerner via his parents who were from elsewhere
Plus he was mostly raised in Dubai or somewhere like that
Trump has admitted freely, repeatedly, that he pays off politicians to get their influence. What he has done in this or that particular instance is not known, but that is his practice, as he himself says.
