Report: FBI 'increasingly certain' Clinton broke the law
Washington Examiner ^ | March 21, 2016 | Rudy Takala

Posted on 03/21/2016 10:17:48 AM PDT by kevcol

"FBI chief James Comey and his investigators are increasingly certain presidential nominee Hillary Clinton violated laws in handling classified government information through her private e-mail server," Charles Gasparino said career agents had told him.

"Some expect him to push for charges, but he faces a formidable obstacle: the political types in the Obama White House who view a Clinton presidency as a third Obama term," Gasparino added. "With that, agents have been spreading the word, largely through associates in the private sector, that their boss is getting stonewalled, despite uncovering compelling evidence Clinton broke the law."

She will still be elected.

Not a prayer. Hillary will be a smoking ruin, and it doesn't matter who we run against her. She cannot possible win.

You may well be correct.

But I felt Caliph Baraq could not be re-elected with $4 gas, 8% unemployment (13% actual), surging food prices, trillion dollar deficits, Obamacare, and Benghazi.

I do not believe he was. Have you been noticing what has happened to Democrat primary voters in states that have instituted ID requirements?

And there’s nothing anybody can do because she is so brave and cool and powerful.

Hahahahahahaha!

She’s a cowardly little snot who bullies and bluffs and bribes her way through life.

When Americans were fighting for their lives in Benghazi, the person tasked with their protection, the brave and cool and powerful Hillary Clinton, ran to her bedroom and hid under her bed for fear that the world would find out about her criminal actions in Libya.

It is obvious that there are some that still do not understand the depth of corruption inside the beltway. An indictment to a Democrat is only a resume enhancement just as rape was an enhancement for the pervert.

"They expect him to push for charges..."

That would be a campaign gamechanger even if obummers DOJ acts like we think it will. We could see a "berning" of the witch without an indictment.

Look, hackers are going to hack their way in -- what difference does it make The question is, how much would they pay to save themselves the time? Taking the money always worked for Bill when he had secrets rich foreigners wanted, and we still left the White House flat broke. Who knows where it goes?

The Clinton Cash

I'm betting the hundreds of classified emails Hillary tossed around to people who had NO BUSINESS reading them had something to do with his opinion...

Oh, and Bill Clinton's fake Alzheimer's act is a weak defense... he's in this up to his eyeballs... and he knows it.

We’re seeing a carefully orchestrated lead up to the sht storm that will be unleashed after April when Clinton’s aides are deposed. It’s notable that up until now Comey has not been referenced as having an opinion. The last leak that came remotely close was when the FBI managers supervising the investigations agreed in a closed meeting that there was sufficient evidence of criminality to proceed with the investigations.

Based on the Guccifer interview about two years ago, that meeting may have taken place long before it was leaked. What we’re seeing now is the back and forth between the White House and Hillary on one side and the FBI, NSA and possibly the IRS on the other.

For each excuse Clinton has made, a subsequent leak has proven that she lied.

There’s definitely a WHAM, BAM in her future. She’s headed for her own personal shit hits the fan scenario. She won’t get by that smelling like a rose.

The FBI investigates and gathers the evidence. It’s up to DOJ to file charges based on the evidence which is presented to a grand jury. Then the grand jury decides whether to indict.

Blame it on Ken Starr who fixated on a blue dress when he should have proceeded with the original charges.

Republicans will be afraid to impeach her after she pardons herself for servergate

It takes 218 votes in the House to impeach, and 67 in the Senate to convict.

It's not a matter of "afraid".

In related news, the FBI is increasingly certain that Aaron Burr was guilty of murder in the death of Alexander Hamilton.

The only question is how Obama will handle this after he orders the DOJ to let Hillary off. Will he fire Comey and launch an investigation of the FBI for conducting a partisan witch hunt of the pure-as-the-driven-snow Hillary?
