Trump is not so far having an easier time getting the nomination than Romney did.
He could only do that after he stopped drooling and slobbering all over himself.
These are the same people, being lead by the same people from years ago, who opposed Harriet Miers being appointed, because she wasn’t credentialed enough for their liking. She didn’t come from a fancy school, or hobnob with these people to gain their approval, etc.
They managed to shut her down, thanks to their constant elitist attitude. What’d we get instead of Miers?
They’re at it again with Trump. There’s no reasoning with them then, or now. They are puritans, only without the pureness.
Kind of like when he said he hasn't yet made an endorsement (until 2 weeks ago), all the while trashing anyone who was in the way of his beloved Teddy Bear.
Teddy isn't the #1; Trump is and debates are useless; we've already suffered through far too many of them!
And no matter WHAT people have claimed about Cruz, I've seen better debaters in high schools, than he has shown himself to be.

Recently, Trump donated to Ted in an attempt to muddy the waters of his uniformly leftist donations of the past. The $5K has paid dividends, as fools across the country have been buffaloed into thinking that Trump has been an equal opportunity benefactor.

Cruz isn't "brilliant"; he just can easily memorize stuff and repeat it...like a parrot. He's a LOUSY judge of character. And even IF he was eligible to be president, he'd make a terrible one!
