He is evidently convinced that Trump is an enemy of this nation, or will do it serious harm.

I don’t believe that. I think Mark has made and is making a big mistake.

Ted is siding up with Glen Beck. What can I say.

We have some very strange things taking place this year.

I understand your consternation.

He said something that was wrong and I corrected his spurious statement. He went insane/unhinged and ranted complete crap and lies at me. And to top it all off, he then pretended that he didn't know who I was. That last bit was the funniest, since he had praised me, often, because we had posted to each other for a long time and had often agreed with each other previously. LOL

he's nothing but a damned blowhard.

Interesting and germane IMO.

Traditional principles of vicarious liability include

Though associated with criminal law, these theories can be used to attribute fault to persons not directly related to an act that harmed a victim.

It must be proved that the others 'provided substantial assistance or encouragement' to those who did harm the victim.

In the SPLC suit against Tom Metzger and WAR the skinheads were not members of Metzger's WAR. But Metzger's rantings had influence over the mindless skinheads due to his reputation in the white supremacy movement

Tom Metzger recruited 16-year-old Mazzella and schooled him in the world of racist violence. Mazzella was sent to Portland to join up with and train the East Side White Pride [skinheads]. Members of that group later brutally murdered an innocent black man.

How is that any different that being "recruited" in college or by progressive ideologues?

The aiding and abetting theory fits because

Lawyers can invoke the aiding and abetting theory with relative ease. Invoking the aiding and abetting assumes two independent actors.

To prove an aiding and abetting claim

Civil conspiracy was also used and proved against the Metzgers because he had contacted the East Side White Pride skinheads and after the murder and their arrest one skinhead called Metzger from jail. Here civil conspiracy might be proved by any contacts between the criminals and Sharpton, Holder, Obama, et al.

Obviously I am not a lawyer and this is a kind of an outline of information available on the Internet. Why can't it be used against the "progressives" and racists of all colors?
If were to be harmed by blocked highways (denied emergency treatment or missed long-scheduled treatment, for examples) I would certainly try to find a lawyer.

http://www.latimes.com/visuals/graphics/la-na-g-delegate-watch-web-20160302-htmlstory.html

...Donald Trump has won 10 of the first 15 primary season contests, winning a projected 46% of delegates, and continues to lead in many polls.

Mitt Romney had a larger share of delegates at this point in the 2012 campaign, and went on to win the Republican nomination. Here’s how the GOP delegate count after Super Tuesday looked then and now...

Have you listened to Milton Friedman? He’s all over YouTube.

He is like a voice crying in the wilderness for freedom and limited government. He is like the Mohammed Ali in the forum of ideas. He had a TV series called “Free to Choose” where, like Ali’s “Bum of the Month Club” in the 60’s, Friedman took on all comers and won each debate handily.

To me he is a hero of a free, peaceful, and happy society.

Many excellent videos here:

I think we’ve passed the point of no return on the unity thing. I denounce and am angrily disgusted by this blackball bullshit. Real men don’t act like this, good riddance to all of them.

This man “sundance” is my enemy, and I’ll never put any stock in the opinions of a jerk that claims that Mark Levin is siding with BLM.

What a fallacy argument to claim that because both Mark Levin and BLM oppose Trump that they are on the “same side”.

Wrong. Principled Conservatives oppose D. Trump for very different reasons and from very different beliefs.

Dishonest argument.

This is a pile of crap. Levin has offered an open invitation to Trump, but Trump can’t handle real questions from serious interviewers. Just like Donald is avoiding a debate with Cruz like the plague. As for the others, they too manage to avoid Levin, b/c they know that HE will ask questions that they can’t rationally answer.

Trump has tens of thousands more votes than Romney ever hoped to get. Romney could have won a 100 Republican nominations and he still would have never won the general.

Romney was a loser then, and he’s a loser now.

Our own here, Kris Kobach is on that list. I remembered he endorsed Trump so I looked to see if he was on the list and for sure, he is.

I hope Trump picks him for Attorney General or another good post in his administration. I’d hate to lose him here but he does have a good conservative future ahead of him.

“Trump has garnered maybe 40% or so of the total GOP primary vote. 60% of the GOP doesn’t support him.”

Using the logic of this ridiculous talking point(which is used frequently by the Trump-haters).

Cruz lost Texas: He got 43.8%, that leaves 56.2% of Texas voters don’t support Cruz.

It’s a primary.

Levin has interviewed Trump plenty of times...before he Cruzified himself.

Why should Trump bother with him now, let him interview Rafael.

Very strange things indeed. Such as-— conservatives voting for a guy, Donald Trump, who has been a benefactor of almost every radical leftist in America.

Levin is a real POS. If you Cruzers don’t like it too bad. That is how he talks. I should know, I listened to that carnival barker sell his wares and snake oil for over 6 years.
