To take the spiritual bull by the horns — frank, open evangelism — is perhaps the only thing of long term effect that can be done. Agreed. Underline 'Frank and Openness'. People think that Jesus' statement, 'The Truth shall make you free' is just a cliché.
Our PC society refuses to speak the Truth. This helps no one - and keeps all in shackles.

It would take nerve to advertise the gospel to that crowd.
But maybe the refugee situation might make it, ironically, a little easier. Evangelize them first (even if they are in jail). Tell them the devil doesn’t have to be their boss any more.
