If Ryan wins the primary, he can still be defeated in the general. The Democrats have a couple of interesting candidates in Tom Breau and Ryan Solen. Both are veterans.
Also, in the Wisconsin Senate race, Russ Feingold has an excellent chance of beating GOPe’er Ron Johnson.
Johnson has a pathetic record. McConnell co-opted him. It’ll be his own fault if he loses.

Uihlein was one of the first names I thought of, but I think he’s an Illinois resident these days, and he’s also pretty old to be starting in Congress.
Actually, any of the district’s non-resident potential candidates could be delaying their announcement until they have established residence.

Paul Ryan was mentored and picked for DC politics by one CESAR CONDA. Conda also handpicked and became the chief of staff for MARCO RUBIO and is joined at the hip with Grover Norquist.
Paul Ryan and Rubio are both trojan horses, HAND PICKED to push amnesty, cheap labor and BAD TRADE like TPP.
