I have to assume there is some reason you are so fervent in your defense of this reporter since common sense and two videos show that if anything she stepped out between Trump & Secret Service and got swept back so that they could protect Trump.
If you are not partisan and your strong support emanates form some other cause I apologize.
Perhaps you could explain why something that happens every day in rush hour, at sales at Macy’s, rock concerts, sports events is somehow here a criminal act. There is even a higher barrier to being able to claim you are being mistreated than in the aforementioned circumstances because when SS is protecting someone you are not supposed to charge that person or get between them and SS when SS is clearing the way.
This young woman is looking for her place in the sun and kept complaining until she got it. Hopefully there will be counter charges for being a nutcase.

Looks like the reporter brushed Trumps shoulder. Trump turned to see who it was. Lewandowski pulled her away from the vicinity of Trump. It appears that Lewandowski was simply doing his job of protecting Trump.

You’re just confused in general.
Show this to a thousand people absent of context and ask them to name the crime committed. None will be able to give you an answer. Obscure the heads of the principles and tell Cruz supporters it is Cruz walking while his manager assaults the woman who approaches him, and they’ll laugh at the notion that this is assault. But, since it’s Trump, it’s hugh and series.
You can see Trump is past her, and as the other video show’s she tries to stop him by blocking/grabbing his arm. A stupid move of astronomical proportions.
I’d normally say she’s got some balls filing that police report but this has more to do with sheer stupidity.
