The latest Wisconsin poll conducted by Public Policy Polling shows a virtually even race between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. Cruz leads Trump by just one percentage point in the poll.
The margin is much closer than a recent Marquette poll that showed Cruz with a 10 percentage point lead. The Public Policy poll also showed John Kasich supporters are more likely to support Cruz than Trump.

Bet me.
“Somebody who agrees with me 80 percent of the time is a friend and ally, not a 20 percent traitor.”
- Ronald Reagan
Changing my tagline to try to draw attention to the fact that Cruz and Trump agree far more than 80% of the time. They should be friends and allies, and we should treat both of them as such.
Went to vote today and was surprised to see quite a few people there. It is a small town and I have never had that happen before.
After this week it’ll be a Victory for Trump if he’s even close to Cruz.
Nope. I wouldn’t have thought he’d get this far. So I just keep a-hopin’.
FNC seems to think Cruz is way ahead!
With trump working so hard in Wisconsin and Cruz out in California. I hope trump win just cuz of that.
No way the polls move that fast ... I guess we will have to wait for the real poll on Tuesday evening.
Trump better start telling the truth about Ted Cruz on immigration, trade and North American Union. Over and over. Lost jobs. Lost companies. Huge profits.
.
Mantra. Fair Trade because Free Trade is unfair.
Explain use of Tariffs to equalize. Explain the good they can do when used judiciously. Explain tax incentives to bring back corporations and their jobs. Explain accelerated depreciation to encourage small business startups.
Talk about tax credits for health insurance premiums paid and the difference between a deduction and a credit. Talk about subsidies for those whose income does not cover the cost of premiums. (need based of course)
Talk about the rule of law and its return. No president or president’s wife should be above law.
Come on Donald. America needs to hear this type of substance from you.
Good point. Hope all of this will get straightened out.
I also see this as a fight for freedom against decades of creeping tyranny and the fight for freedom isn’t always pretty or nice. It lurches and collides as it was at our beginnings. I’d rather have a difficult, bumpy fight for freedom than what we’ve had - smoothness and quietness while the federal tyranny takes over our lives and takes away our freedoms.
I think I am getting so disgusted with all of the rhetoric. I especially dislike that Carly has to step in and speak for Ted. He’s a big boy and she needs to stop playing mommy.
That poll of the ladies “Stitch and Bitch” club conducted the other day was far enough out of whack so that even those from Rio Linda questioned it. 10 pts. for Cruz. Not likely.
Yesterday I took part in a Rasmussen poll.
I identified myself as a young black single mom who hated Obama’s policies.
The only poll that counts is on election day.
The FoxNews poll just came out with a 10 pt lead for Cruz, in line with the Marquette poll - looks like the PPP poll is the outlier.
Trump was in D.C. today, not Wisconsin.
PPP even said that it is likely Cruz will beat Trump by a larger margin than their predicted: https://twitter.com/ppppolls/status/715663594566844416
