In a move that could make every Constitutional Sheriff in America impotent against the Feds, information is coming to light which indicates that the FBI is seeking means to circumvent the legally elected sheriff in Sanders County, Montana. And, sadly, the same tactics have been used before.
It is no secret that the Constitutional Sheriff is poison to the constitution-breaking Federal Government. And, subsequently, the Feds would like nothing better than to neutralize the powers of a Constitutional Sheriff. But, would the Feds knowingly break the law with plans to shield themselves via Federal Supremacy? It appears that they would, and it wouldn't be the first time.
In the People vs Dotson case outlined below, one can see the precedent of claiming Federal Supremacy after "one of their own" has committed a crime. The document is lengthy, but worth the read. Once again, another 10th Amendment issue, in a
long series of them, and as someone yesterday
posted, a reminder of 1856.
In those days, the telegram wires must have been
very hot to touch, with all the ‘traffic’ singing
back and forth, and all the keyers getting sore
hands.
The Connstitutional Sheriff, elected by The People,
compared to a government bureaucrat given a
certificate of training and a badge and thereafter
shall be called a federal agent, will always be the
legal voice of State law, instead of an everchanging
and policy hamstrung federally appointed agent.
The Semi-Negro president is just the latest in a long line of elected officials and bureaucrats that have been perverting the Bill of Rights.
A very long list, especially when compared to the few, the very few that are left to defend the first ten.
The situation in Montana and the search for Jake Ryan and the role of the sheriff in it are serious things to consider.
A federal court order would give the local sheriff who told the voters “I’m a Constitutional Sheriff” some sort of out or excuse or ‘I’m a victim” card to duck his responsibilities and use his “I’m a victim” status to keep running in elections.
I understand based on a Montana newspaper report dated March 31st that the sheriff was at some sort of meeting in Helena, Montana, the state capital, during the week. No idea what it was all about.
Important note to posting video speeches. Unless you include a written version of the text, hopefully removing the banter and fluff, you will lose a lot of audience who want the information read at their own pace.
