Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz defended his attacks on rival Donald Trump for embodying “New York values” at a campaign stop in the Bronx on Thursday, less than two weeks before the Empire State’s critical GOP primary.
Cruz said that when he uses the term “New York values,” he’s referring to the “liberal Democratic politicians” whose policies “have been hammering the people of New York for some time.”
The Texas senator ticked through a list of high-profile New York liberals and disgraced former officials from the state that he said have long been in the pocket of Trump. The billionaire businessman has admitted to donating to Republicans and Democrats alike to curry favor for his business interests.

As I've said before. Once upon a time if Trump were just a few delegates short I'd have said give him the nomination. Now, watching the Trump sleaze machine and his minions following their Trumpking's lead, I am all for boxing Trump out of the nomination if he is even 1 delegate short.
Why would Cruz fake hatred of New York City when his campaign is financed by million dollar loans from a Wall Street company his wife works for such as Goldman Sachs??

Take a look at Cruz's checkbook and see Cuba/Canadian values - gives less than 1% to charity.
Ugh...He needs to let this one go. Not that he is going to win NY but no need to rehash this. It is not going to go over well in NY at all. Especially within the five boroughs of NYC.

As for your newfound declaration as to not giving Trump any consideration now, count me in for the reverse, a change from my prior stated support of Ted in the alternate case..
