Would he still stick to his policy if terrorists had kidnapped a family member and we had one of the terrorists in custody who could reveal the location where his family member is being kept?

I read somewhere that John Brenan converted to Islam.

The CIA will have open season on bad guys. Trump will pardon all of them when some of the traitors in his admin emerge.

I assume this turd has an axe to grind, but if he were an honest broker it would still make sense to resist such an order. Let’s just say Trump is president and he doesn’t get any of the “more” stuff, just waterboarding. What stops the next lefty president from prosecuting those CIA agents who followed the order?

“Then he should be fired!”
I am sure Trump would do so, if Brennan would refuse to do his job.

Everybody is replaceable. Brennan particularly. He is a disaster and is as effective as one would expect from an Obama appointee.

He would simply be replaced. Should be replaced now for politicking on the job. He needs to concentrate on his job.

Brennan is a coward. That is the most important thing to know about him. He’s had more screw-ups than Jimmy Carter and Stansfield Turner (then the head of the CIA).
He doesn’t have the guts for the fight and despite a long background in intelligence, I wouldn’t trust him for a second. He’s too incompetent to lead a bunch of Girl Scouts.

The first thing a future president should do is replace muzzie Brennan.

No one has to obey an illegal order. No cop, no soldier, no taxpayer has to obey anything that is not the Constitution of the United States by law.
So, a vote for non natural born citizen Cruz, should take a lot of obligation off the backs of a lot of ordinary people.

CIA chief John Brennan tells NBC News that he will not agree to carry out such techniques
If a president who decides to carry out such techniques is elected, a new CIA chief who will agree to carry out such techniques will swiftly be found.

Don’t worry buddy, you won’t have to worry about it when the time comes because you won’t be the director of the CIA anymore.
