A Palmdale, California, man wearing women's clothing was arrested in a Lancaster Macy’s store after he was seen in a women's bathroom. The man was allegedly videotaping women in the bathroom.

Sorry, I’ve worked in mental health off and on for over 20 years, so i sometimes forget not to use lingo. “Independent Supported Living”. It’s for people who have developmental disabilities severe enough that they need some supervision, but not severe enough that they require the care in a group home or nursing home. Usually it’s one to three people sharing a home or apartment, with a trained staff member on-site 24 hours a day.
