A judge on Wednesday ruled against a gay couple in China's first same-sex marriage case that was seen as a landmark moment for the country's emerging LGBT rights movement.
The court in the central city of Changsha dismissed the suit brought against the local civil affairs bureau for refusing to issue the couple a marriage registration certificate.

Who would have imagined that Putin’s former soviets and the Chicoms would put up more of a defense of civilized standards, keeping Lance out of Bruce, than does our absolutely degenerate US led down the road to perdition by Sandra Day O’Kennedy and several shades of gray (Sotomayor, Ginsberg, Breyer, Kagan) and now, perhaps a barbarian to be named later to Scalia’s seat.
