Pope Francis has taken 12 Syrian migrants back with him to the Vatican after visiting a camp on the Greek island of Lesbos.
The three families boarded the papal jet as the pontiff departed following his trip......

Living in the Vatican is like living in a gated community with really good security....so in the spirit of his symbolism, why doesn’t he move to Syria or a refugee camp- and live among them? Or why doesn’t he fly all of our border jumpers to Rome- and then support them for years? Let the Catholic Church foot the bill...
Folks aren't realizing that the Dem convention could get as strange as the Republican one.
The Catholic Church has been hijacked by social-justice-warrior “liberation theology” priests who have grown up to become bishops and cardinals. We will see much worse in the coming year.
I have almost no expectation of a smooth transition of power next January. Stand by to be constantly shocked and amazed by events.
We will look back to these months as “the good old days when everything was working right.”

My start-date timeline runs from tomorrow (with a major terror attack, as bad or worse than 9-11) to next January.
I think that Cleveland will make Chicago 1968 seem like a church picnic. It will be held under martial law conditions, with rings of APCs for miles around. At some point, a protest crowd will be broken up with gunfire, either a provocateur, a terrorist, or by accident (Kent State). Or an IED will explode within a mob, or even inside the convention center.
The USA and Europe will go off the rails this year, and not by accident.
