At the last minute, officials at the State University of New York at New Paltz curtly canceled a planned campus debate between a notable left-wing media critic and a notable right-wing media critic because the right-wing media critic has right-wing views.
The last-minute cancellation of the debate between Jeff Cohen of Fairness & Accuracy in Reporting and Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media occurred on March 30, the day it was scheduled, reports Campus Reform.

On Friday evenings on the PBS News Hour, it is Mark Shields’ job to gloat over how the Republican Party is screwing up, and David Brooks’ job to lament over how the Republican Party is screwing up. I wonder if Brooks has ever actually voted for a Republican candidate.
Yeah, Brooks should just go sit next to Shields and call it quits.
This presidential election will be the most traumatic event in the lives of fifty million American socialists. By the end of it there will probably be fewer than ten million, they can’t all ignore the debates.
Just try to set up an on campus debate between a global warmist and a skeptic. You’ll not even be able to find a warmist with the guts to debate.
I’ll swear we’ve gotta start home-school College. These kids have no concept of the Constitution or the history of the founding of our country. They become ignorant voters, just like the aliens of California maybe get someone to come with them They come to the polls with a sample ballot and go home with a bottle of some cheep disgusting, booze. We have the Obama-phone lady in Ohio. I love it when they show the film of her. Most don’t know the difference between a liberal and a conservative.
“Knowledge is (Not) Good.”

I appreciate...but do not understand...what you are saying.
School officials aborted the debate because sociology professor Anne Roschelle complained about Kincaids political views.
Perhaps they suspected he would be carrying colorful chalk in his pockets. Then this would be reasonable for a university.
Reply meant that even National review had a right to be read. That college should burn in hell Thos, Jefferson said “I do not like what you are saying, but I will defend till death your right to say it” That should be engraved on the ivy walls everywhere.
Not Jefferson. John Marshall.
Great story - thanks for sharing Petey...
This is sick! Shows how frightened the left is of the ideas of conservatives.
