All primaries in NY are closed. You have to be a member of a party since the previous October to be allowed to vote in that party’s primary.

His crowing over Colorado and doubling down on it despite the bad optics strongly suggests he's not politically astute. What he does know is the law and manipulating rules and he may work the rules to the bitter end because that's what lawyers do.

Cruz sticking in the race long after it's over also lends to the idea that he doesn't understand how people think and how they will perceive his actions.

Unfortunate actions of a Junior Senator and proof positive that he needs seasoning before undertaking a presidential campaign.

He will be a branded a sore loser and will never get Presidential traction again, which is exactly why Jeb dropped out so early despite having tons of cash left.

I hope you're incorrect as far as Cruz is concerned, and that he'd be able to learn from his mistakes and resurrect his political fortunes after this is all over. With maturity, I think he could be a tremendously positive force for the country; just maybe not this time around.

I agree with you about why Jeb dropped out early, although it was probably not his decision - more likely his family's (his parents).

I say NY 71 and 96 in California. I’d rather 90 NY.

Let’s see what happens! We can compare how it came out.

OMG! Now that would tell the story no? I don’t think Bernie people will come out to vote for her, so let’s see how many she gets for herself.

I can see New Yorkers voting FOR Trump, but I have a feeling that lots of them are voting AGAINST Cruz.

Think of this as voter "payback" for the GOPe shenanigans of Colorado. They're sending a message.

These numbers are similar to FL, OH, GA, SC, ... You know states where primaries are held and people actually vote. But hey, he’s the only one who can beat Hillary. LOL.

I thought Cruz wanted Kasich out of the race? Wasn’t he holding Cruz back? Makes you wonder how good Cruz is when he is dependent on another candidate for his survival. I mean, should Cruz be able to win it all on his own?

Look @ Cruz percentages in quite a few states like FL, OH, GA, SC, ... You will see that he didn’t clear 20% there. See, the problem is people just don’t like him. GWB got over 80% in Texas. Cruz couldn’t clear 50%. That alone should tell you something.

82% of New Yorkers reject Lying Ted the establishment tool. 73% Nationally oppose Lying Ted Cruz. 100% of the GOPe support the Cruzade to screw the voters.
Real Americans are working to make America Great Again and overcome a broken and rigged system.
