It's why OJ is still in jail.

I don't mind a judge taking into account how bad a person is for other things they have done in sentencing him to a punishment that is legal under the law. The term he got is permitted by the laws he violated.

Who’s going to push that wheel chair up the ramp to hell?

This pervert, like Michel before him, is responsible for nothing being contested as the Democrats poked him in his cushy chest and said, ‘Just do it, Dumbo!’

He lifted the carpet while the Dems shoved the dirt under it.

What they had on him, as well as Michel, was probably the reason they kow-towed to the ‘opposition’.

This asshat should have been sentenced to prison for the rest of his unnatural life!

Maybe they’ll put him in a cell with a big guy named bubba.

Yep, I noticed the trend years ago.

Many normal people dont want to take the time to serve. The Sodomites seized on that. First they infiltrated the Psychological associations and declared themselves sane. Then one by one they have done the same with every major institution in America politics, entertainment, news, ect.

That biblical line, “Be sure your sins will find you out,” proved true for Mr. Hastert, long after he thought that he had hidden away the evidence. He probably wrote the law about withdrawing excess funds from one’s own account but must have gotten lax in his cover-up.

The first headlines had it on a supervised home basis. What happened?

WGN, Crain’s rush to get Hastert sentence all wrong

It looks like the error was a (typical) media snowball. I can tell you from personal experience that newspeople are among the laziest on the planet; from that perspective this is completely understandable.

They were going to give Hastert a 6 month sentence, but he asked for 12 more months if it could be served in the sodomite cell block.

How about LBJ? Another former school teacher who got rich on the public payroll. Virtually broke when he was elected to Congress; by the time he left the White House, ol’ “Landslide Lyndon” had holdings that included a huge ranch, radio and TV stations, making him a multi-millionaire. And he never spent a day in the private sector.

He did it first is no excuse. Manners seem to have completely disappeared in this despicable excuse for an election year. I was not trying to equate anyone with anyone. I was just calling for better manners. I am certainly bright enough to know exactly what I am doing.

Hey, on the other hand, several federal prisons have Illinois public official wings and the ones who have been imprisoned are not the only ones who ought to be imprisoned. Here in Illinois, we are just trying to preserve good federal prison jobs at good wages and good benefits. The only growth industry in Illinois as business employers flee in terror to elsewhere.

Imagine Pat Quinn and Michael Madigan and John Cullerton and Adam Kinzinger and Nancy Boy Kirk and Aaron Schock and Little Dick Durbin and Tammy QuackQuack and Carol Mostly Fraud and a few dozen others in various federal hoosegows. It isn't hard to do. Maybe add Jim Edgar and Big Jim Thompson. Judy BaahBaah Toostinka (Toopinka?) cheated us by dying to escape such a just fate. The Rahmfather would also be a good candidate and we could then work our way through the C(r)ook County crooks, Alderthings, ward bosses, teachers' union thugs, educrats, pension triple dippers, etc. etc., etc. Would other fedcourt jurisdictions lend us a few tough judges to handle the plea bargains and trials and sentencings?

We can get this ball rolling once we have an American POTUS again and purge the InJustice Department. Tony Reczko? Obozo and Moochelle? The possibilities are endless, unfortunately. Illegal immigrants illegally registering and voting? Denizens of Chicago graveyards or the hacks who vote in their name? Once the prosecutions start the Illinois and Interstate highways near our borders will be clogged with stampeded fleeing Demonrats. THEN, if and only if, we can retake control of the GOP from the Combine, we can get a real handle on Illinois' problems.

Few of these rich, corrupted and powerful are black and so that won't be an issue. We can also deprive the R, C, and Ps of their "right" to vote once they are felons.

It never occurred to me that Hastert was like that. It’s just mind-boggling.

Total perversion but where the tax case against a Chicago mobster lead us naturally to.

Raises the specter of Attorney General persecutions. Recall what happened to Conrad Black by a show boating prosecutor.

He was never tried or convicted for anything else.. If you want a judge to consider a persons previous ills fine, but without being tried and convicted of those ills is a perversion.

Did Hastert deny the molestations? I think he apologized to the victims, didn’t he? Had he vehemently denied molesting those boys, maybe you would have a point. But he admitted it. Which is why he was paying the extortion to begin with.

“Just as a couple posters above have mentioned; how many homosexual republican (RINO) politicians are blackmailed because of their .. ahem.. proclivIties?”

I think this brings to total to three, Foley, Craig and now Hastert.

Of the three, Hastert is by far the sickest.

A child molester and members of Congress covered for him and made him their leader and second in line to the presidency.

Absolutely disgusting.
