Skeletons are only a problem to the extent that you must hide them. Trump's past playboy antics are well known and already "baked in". After all, he's been in the tabloids for decades. Associated with "shady characters" in his business dealings? Even Hillary is smart enough to know the rebound on that one would be really unpleasant.
