The mediasphere is boiling after the New York Times ran a piece on Ben Rhodes, Obama's foreign policy guru, a failed writer who openly boasted about manipulating the media. It was full of quotes like this...
Rhodes singled out a key example to me one day, laced with the brutal contempt that is a hallmark of his private utterances. “All these newspapers used to have foreign bureaus,” he said. “Now they don’t. They call us to explain to them what’s happening in Moscow and Cairo. Most of the outlets are reporting on world events from Washington. The average reporter we talk to is 27 years old, and their only reporting experience consists of being around political campaigns. That’s a sea change. They literally know nothing.”..

I refuse to entertain the fallacious concept that the media are dunderheads who are duped by the powers that be.
Don’t believe anything you hear and only half of what you see.
If you're a crackhead, the crack sells itself. Ditto for the media and a left-wing narrative.
Short sweet and to the point...
Ask a young reporter a question today and they will head for Google. The answers they get AND REPORT are other people’s ideas. In this case, they Google and get Obama’s talking points...then they report that as news. No initiative. And they become the mouthpiece of propaganda from a twisted administration. No wonder officials are laughing at them...they are a joke.
The selling of the Iran deal was a circus in which we all pretended that there was an actual debate instead of a backroom arrangement for Obama to back Iran and Republicans to back Boeing.Crony Capitalism alert!
Obama and his administration are not the only ones to take advantage of the media
They’re like women. They enjoy being lied to.
Over several decades the media has morphed into what it is: A haven for semi-literates who exist only to forward their leftwing political agenda. They wouldn’t be able to comprehend anything more difficult than a John Grisham novel... and many of them would have trouble with that.
As a group journalism majors at most universities have some of the lowest SAT/ACT scores on campus. They are to dumb to think for themselves. They become programmed robots following the dictates of their liberal professors, bosses, party leaders or whomever.
It’s like having to “seduce” a prostitute.
They’re like baby birds, sitting around with their mouths/news feed open, waiting to be fed and consuming anything that’s crammed down their throats.
If the MSM had any pride they would be embarrassed... but they don’t...
