Most likely he will, but his veto could be overridden. At one time governors’ vetoes were only rarely overridden in Missouri, but now it seems a pretty regular occurrence.
Yes, but the session is over, so I guess it will have to be introduced again. The Republicans do have substantial majorities in both the senate and representatives, and the state has made some good progress on important issues.
