Another reason for parents to choose private school, or home school, for their children’s education.
A possible straw/camel effect as regards school vouchers.
Smart Governors will begin to plan to have the ability to say no to the Feds next time they are extorted into doing the Feds’ bidding against their will. Call it the FUnd. Could be big campaign issue.
