Seriously. If it is a felony and gets you on the sex offender list for life if you do it OUTSIDE the school, how can they allow it INSIDE the school? Why not tell all women they need to get “used” to seeing male genitalia being stroked outside their bedroom windows at night?
Poor Pee Wee Herman found a movie theater where the patrons weren’t accustomed enough to male genitalia.
The inmates really are running the asylum.
I also find it interesting that 0bama is pushing it on the schools, but not the airports, federal courthouses, federal office buildings, etc. It seems to be purposely aimed at YOUNG people.
Another reason this “law” is unenforceable.
