Trump on climate: He's even worse than we thought
Mashable ^ | May 27, 2016 | Andrew Freedman

No one expected Donald Trump to give a single energy speech and suddenly pivot to the left on global warming, after a record of expressing skepticism that global warming exists on several prior occasions.

However, few of even the most die-hard, wary environmentalists likely expected what they got on Thursday, when Trump both effectively clinched the nomination and gave a dismissive energy speech in North Dakota.

The speech amounted to a broadside against the Obama administration's climate and energy policies, as well as Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton's proposals, in addition to climate science and energy market realities.

Trump gave an excellent speech on energy yesterday. It was one of the best speeches by a politician in years.

But better still, Trump has the supporters of climate change fraud cowering in fear.

The dishonest climate change supporters are truly afraid of Trump.

By “worse” they mean “infinitely better than anything we’ve heard in years, if not decades.” Right? (That’s how I took it, anyway.)

I am at a loss how his speech was a turn to the 'left'. Please explain.

Trump should promise to prosecute all the “climate change” hoaxers.

$Billions has been spent on this fraud.

According to Al Gore we should all have fins by now and be living in Waterworld. I wonder whawot he findings would be if Trump had scientists do an actual objective investigation where they were not being fed by the government teat. Bet the results would be far different than the government funded scientists whose living depends on it would come up with.

Articles on those lefty click-bait farms always like to tell you what to think in the headlines, like the writer and the reader are having a conversation as long-time friends.

“...He’s even worse than we thought”

We? Do I know you?

They would have thought he was great if he said something like “under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

“Trump on climate: He’s even worse than we thought.”

“By “worse” they mean “infinitely better than anything we’ve heard in years, if not decades.” Right? (That’s how I took it, anyway.)”

Yes.

In climate-skeptic circles, often newly-released climate papers with their outrageous predictions, are derisively summed up as : “oh no it’s worse than we thought”

The title is a reference to all that.

Money phrase in the excerpt is "climate science and energy market realities". Writer thinks rigged computer models are science and that luddite market economics are reality. The stupid is strong in this one.
