Trump is a smart guy, why in the world why he bring up his ethnicity?
That cannot be a smart move...pissing off a judge ruling on your case...
If he is being mistreated, make it about being treated unfairly, not who the judge is...
He could be setting the case up to move to a different venue or judge...
