As gun control groups rally around Hillary Clinton, the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Friday expressed concerns about the Democratic presidential front-runner.
“The Second Amendment is on the ballot this November,” the NRA’s top lobbyist Chris Cox said Friday.
“Gun control groups are endorsing Hillary Clinton because they believe that she will work to eliminate individual gun ownership in this country,” Cox added.

If she gets in, the Second Amendment will be abolished. She will fill the court with Sotomayor level knee-jerk leftist robotic idiots and they will destroy private property rights, Free Speech will be taken away, your guns will be taken away, it will be declared illegal to criticize Islam, even honor killings, female mutilations, or the killing of cartoonists - to speak ill of that will be a jail sentence. That is where the left is taking this country, that is where Hillary is taking the country. It will be a catastrophe if she gets in.
Harridan Hillary is a vociferous proponent of abortion. So, in my opinion, she (it) is against the unalienable rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
The NRA has become corrupt and supports things it used to oppose. Gun Owners of America is still a second amendment supporting group.

20 years ago, I would have agreed with you.
The NRA has turned around, due to pressure from the membership. GOA has been part of that pressure.
The “Universal Background Checks” aka universal registration, would have passed in 2013, if not for the NRA. They stood tall (yes, GOA was pressuring them to do so).
I have criticised the NRA more than most, but they have moved a long way in the right direction.

IIRC, the biggest handicap to the good folks there was lack of arms. They had to get them.
