“Well sure, give Mexico the coastal plains of CA, the most prized real-estate, with the best world class year around climate and some of the biggest harbors in the entire country.”

Yes, but what about the liberal infestation? It’s a total lost cause! San Francisco alone is going to require an unimaginable amount of Clorox to clean it up ... that’s assuming that the disease there can be wiped out with bleach!

Between the hippies of the 60s, the bathhouses, and the fact that its a sanctuary city for illegals, who knows what kind of latent disease lives there! We are talking about people that haven’t bathed since the Eisenhower administration, people that think sex organs make solid waste in toilets, and people that carry disease that we haven’t seen here in decades!!!

“You’re brilliant slick.”

I am brilliant ... but my name isn’t slick.

Alright, final offer ... we give them San Francisco only, but we move the Giants back to Nueva York ... I’ll figure out what to do with LA later.

Getting rid of San Francisco should alter the voting patterns of the CA Republic for enough elections to restore it to what it was only 3 or 4 decades ago. Hell, most of them think its quaint and peaceful to live in Mexico anyway and view the USA as tyrants! Let’s give them a few years of third world reality!

It is unfortunate that my comments have been misconstrued as a categorical attack against people of Mexican heritage. I am friends with and employ thousands of people of Mexican and Hispanic descent. The American justice system relies on fair and impartial judges. All judges should be held to that standard. I do not feel that one’s heritage makes them incapable of being impartial, but, based on the rulings that I have received in the Trump University civil case, I feel justified in questioning whether I am receiving a fair trial.

Over the past few weeks, I have watched as the media has reported one inaccuracy after another concerning the ongoing litigation involving Trump University. There are several important facts the public should know and that the media has failed to report.

Throughout the litigation my attorneys have continually demonstrated that students who participated in Trump University were provided a substantive, valuable education based upon a curriculum developed by professors from Northwestern University, Columbia Business School, Stanford University and other respected institutions. And, the response from students was overwhelming. Over a five year period, more than 10,000 paying students filled out surveys giving the courses high marks and expressing their overwhelming satisfaction with Trump University’s programs. For example:

Former student Tarla Makaeff, the original plaintiff in the litigation, not only completed multiple surveys rating Trump University’s three-day seminar “excellent” in every category, but also praised Trump University’s mentorship program in a glowing 5 plus minute video testimonial. When asked “how could Trump University help to meet [her] goals”, she simply stated “[c]ontinue to offer great classes.” Once the plaintiffs’ lawyers realized how disastrous a witness she was, they asked to have her removed from the case. Over my lawyers’ objections, the judge granted the plaintiffs’ motion, but allowed the case to continue.
Art Cohen, a lead plaintiffs in the litigation, completed a survey in which he not only rated Trump University’s three-day seminar “excellent” in virtually every category, but went so far as to indicate that he would “attend another Trump University seminar” and even “recommend Trump University seminars to a friend.” When asked how Trump University could improve the seminar, Mr. Cohen’s only suggestion was to “[h]ave lunch sandwiches brought in” and make the lunch break 45 minutes.
Former student Bob Giullo, who has been critical of Trump University in numerous interviews and negative advertisements from my political opponents, also expressed his satisfaction, rating Trump University’s programs “excellent” in every category. When asked how Trump University could improve its programs, Mr. Giullo simply asked that students be provided “more comfortable chairs.”

Indeed, these are just a few of literally thousands of positive surveys, all of which can be viewed online at www.98percentapproval.com.

For those students who decided that Trump University’s programs were not for them, the company had a generous refund policy, offering a full refund to any student who asked for their money back within 3 days of signing up for a program or by the end of the first day of any multi-day program, whichever came later.

Normally, legal issues in a civil case would be heard in a neutral environment. However, given my unique circumstances as nominee of the Republican Party and the core issues of my campaign that focus on illegal immigration, jobs and unfair trade, I have concerns as to my ability to receive a fair trial.

I am fighting hard to bring jobs back to the United States. Many companies – like Ford, Nabisco, Carrier – are moving production to Mexico. Drugs and illegal immigrants are also pouring across our border. This is bad for all Americans, regardless of their heritage.

Due to what I believe are unfair and mistaken rulings in this case and the Judge’s reported associations with certain professional organizations, questions were raised regarding the Obama appointed Judge’s impartiality. It is a fair question. I hope it is not the case.

While this lawsuit should have been dismissed, it is now scheduled for trial in November. I do not intend to comment on this matter any further. With all of the thousands of people who have given the courses such high marks and accolades, we will win this case!

Also, since he says he will have nothing further to say, he will be hounded by the media like there is nothing else to talk about but his "racism."

Just remember that the media will constantly attack and try to tear him down by the drip by drip method. Unless there is something new to pin on Trump, all they have is his "racist" comment. They will play it over and over, get myriads of liberal analysts to comment on it, keep other new Trump attacks on hold (unless they can relate them). By the end of a few weeks the public will have an even worse opinion of the media. The people that hate Trump will still hate Trump, but more people will hate the media.

The media is pretty stupid although they will be fed Trump stuff by the Democrats. But they are all fairly stupid and won't time things to get the best effect at tearing him down. Trump is smart enough to get some of this stuff out of the way early, but also to dominate the news cycle with his own comments so as to avoid the thousand drips of media attack stories (mostly invented).

This statement had to have been ‘approved’ by Trump’s handlers. It doesn’t address the real problems, only leaves the reader feeling that Trump has a ‘feeling’ that the judge is biased. NOBODY CARES about the merits of the case for or against Trump University.

The only thing that matters is the concrete evidence that there is a conflict of interest on the judge’s part. That can be shown with solid concrete data.

This is not the Trump that took it to the establishment in the primaries.

I will tell you I have a personal stake in this matter. One of my grandsons is of “Mexican heritage”. His father is a very conservative member of ten brothers and sisters who he has been coaxing onto the Trump train. Like many Texans their American ‘heritage’ goes back many generations. Some, including my son-in-law and grandson don’t speak Spanish as well as I do.

Once you bring the words “Mexican heritage” into a discussion as though being of “Mexican heritage” is somehow proof that you aren’t quite American, susceptible to biases in favor of Mexico, you lose a lot of fine folks to the conservative cause. Not to mention their votes in 2016.

When your dealing with some one as corrupted as this Judge, you have to be on point with what you say...this Judge is as corrupt as Barky and our whole government...

I'm of Italian heritage, do I get upset because some people call us ‘ginnies’ no, because my ancestry came from Italy, thru France and in San Francisco to Utah, worked at the Copper mine and built their lives, they earned it...

This Judge was born with a spoon in his mouth, I don't care if his parents came from Mexico, died in Mexico, spit on Mexico...this Judge is corrupted, that's the point your not seeing...

Why isn't anyone going after the Clintons and their university that is corrupted, course everything the Clintons do are corrupted, by do you think they paid this Judge to go after Trump? TO KNOCK HIM OUT!!!

If your in this country LEGALLY, then fight for it LEGALLY, if not, then get the hell out...if that offends sorry, but that is just the way it is now days....you either have a Country of laws or you don't...and besides have you checked into Aztlan and what they want from America? Maybe you should...

Quit wearing your heart on you sleeve, and if you like America, then FIGHT FOR HER!!!
