I’d say you are looking at the final hundred days of this government. When the depots and stores are empty...no one will reorder, and the whole system fails in a matter of days.
This is the fate of every state run according Robin Hood-style economics. When the treasury is finally completely looted, they resort to giving away loaves of bread and lumps of coal. When that runs out, and their supporters demand something, anything, they give them bullets and barbed wire.
