Lawyers in Trump University case seek maximum political pain (TrumpU case about politics, not law!)

A battle is escalating over the potential release of videos of Donald Trump dodging and weaving during depositions in the Trump University case, footage that could make its way into attack ads aimed at the Republican White House hopeful.

The plaintiffs’ attorneys in two class-action lawsuits are pressuring U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel — the target of Trump’s racially charged attacks — to take steps that could make public four dozen video clips of Trump being pressed on whether his real estate seminar business was a sprawling scam, as well as his thoughts on the 2016 political race.

It’s just one of a series of tactics that the attorneys are using to exploit Trump’s pursuit for the highest office in the United States as they seek to maximize the political pain for Trump — and the strategic gain for their clients.

Judge Curiel is merely a member of the Democrat election machine's legal arm.

His bias SHOULD be called out!

It has been and the RINOs nearly broke their necks getting in front of a camera to castigate him for it.

Where’s the scrutiny of the Clintons and the rest of the politicians in DC like Harry Reid, Paul Ryan, Mittens, Turtle Face?

And yet billy boy clintoon getting $16 million over 4 years to be the “chancellor” for some clintoon education venture is A-otay? Haven’t heard hardly anything about that huh. I hope Trump’s peeps are digging and documenting these sort of things. Then again the assclowns that depend on the msm for their “facts” will never hear about it anyway.

This is why Trump won the GOP nomination. He isn’t taking this crap from the left like all of our other nominees have done the past few decades and the base has been waiting for anyone on our side to fire back the way Trump does. If you want to beat the left by trying to reason with them or dismiss all of their attacks as just politics they’ll be in charge forever. They have to be called out, responded to, and have salvos launched back at them. Trump is doing all of that and then some.

Hillary aide Cheryl Mills was granted her request NOT to make public her deposition in Hillary's email case.....b/c she was afraid the material would find its way into a campaign and used aganst Hillary.

Even if it’s ruled that the video can’t be released, it will be leaked and no one will be punished for it.

I meant Trump’s deposition, not Mills’ testimony.

THAT'S A NO-NO---A provision in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) is intended to prevent United States citizens and companies being used as instrumentalities for political purposes.

These persons are subject to the law when their activities relate to the sale, purchase, or transfer of goods or services (including the sale of information and or videos) within the United States or between the United States and a foreign country.

This covers exports and imports, financing, forwarding and shipping, and certain other transactions that may take place wholly offshore.....AND/OR ACROSS THE BORDER.

That judge doesn’t belong on the bench. If any of Trump’s depositions from this case make it out of the courtroom, Trump needs to get some back up from his sister and kick ass. No one voting for him is going to care. He will have my vote no matter.

Trump could release them himself—showing the bull crap that the plaintiff lawyers are shoveling.

Then release the calls from the Benghazi Four asking for help....along with video of Hitlery cackling.

We all knew from the very beginning that this was a political attack, right from the very start.

The eyes and ears of We The People are now on Hillary and those in Congress who have proven their duplicity. The American people are fed up with hypocrites, deception, and treason, ya think?

I think the evidence is now compelling that the entire case is one big engineered Clinton campaign ad. The case is a shell, everything about it is political.

The shame is that neither the MSM (no shock) OR the conservatives on FOX and elsewhere will mention the biggest story about the case, which is that
he judge is a life member of the Hispanic National Bar Association which began a national boycott of Trump’s businesses on July 2, 2015. That is the best evidence of actual bias, and it is ignored completely.

Why is material in a private civil suit being released to the public at all? Does that mean if I get into a lawsuit with my doctor, my medical records are now a public record? It makes no sense to me.
