Interesting: The French and Indian War (1754–1763) comprised the North American theater of the worldwide Seven Years’ War of 1756-1763, and so LC is referring to the next global conflict as WW4.
Please note the unstated fact that the Rothschilds (Red Shields) banks were involved in the first three conflicts as banking and investment interests.
