If that scenario ever is forced on her, she will take the fifth. She has no other option. Meanwhile she has been saying that she welcomes all investigation and will fully cooperate. She has already admitted breaking several laws. So far nothing is happening to her. I doubt the FBI is really investigating. Whatever they found has been scrubbed and sanitized. We will never learn that information. This case should have convened a Grand Jury in 2015 and would charge her easily. They are playing out the game and hoping they can assinate Trump. There is no one left to stop them. Most Reps in Office are on their side.
The FBI reports to bammy. That explains why Her Royal Hipness is not already in jail.
The last report was that the FBI was waiting for the end of the primaries. We also haven’t heard if her aides have provided their written depositions. They’ve been interviewed.
Judging from the leaks, It looks like things are moving on albeit slow. What’s been reported seems like preparations before battle. Everything from the FBI seems like a marshaling of resources until the final move against Clinton.
Wouldn’t surprise me if she declines to be interviewed.

I’ve read that she refused to participate in the FBI interrogation because she “had already said everything in news interviews”.

I believe you are referring to the State Dept’s Inspector General not the FBI.... but the point is similar, she pretends that she is willing to “cooperate” while not actually cooperating at all.... just as she claims that her State Dept staff is fully available to investigators, when in reality they all either take the 5th or deny/obfuscate/can’t recall....
Shrillary and all of her key staffers should be waterboarded until they spill their guts on everything.
