Not one person on this Earth can make that proclamation for anyone other than themselves.

Policing America and policing eternity aren’t the same thing. (Even if the corny song does claim that the streets of heaven are guarded by Marines.)
But it’s true, Christians should police their own hearts first, bring them back within the scope of Jesus Christ and get them out of the scope of the devil.
The Bible (God's Word) makes that proclamation:
I Corinthians 6:9-10
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

If directing lost souls to the Saviour, and getting them saved, results in more rats being elected - it is a win.
Our job is to serve the Lord and to point lost sinners (as we all were at one time) to Him. This is the prize - not the crumbs that the world has to offer.
