Donald J. Trump fired his wunderkind campaign manager Corey Lewandowski Monday at the campaign’s regular Trump Tower meeting.
“Corey was escorted out of the building,” a source close to the campaign told Breitbart News.
Lewandowski came to the meeting unaware that he had lost the support of the GOP presumptive nominee, the source said. At the meeting, attended by both senior campaign staff and members of the family, Trump reviewed different campaign metrics that were all faltering: cooperation with party leaders, fundraising, surrogate operations and most importantly the polls.
The campaign manager seemed to have run out of ideas. When the New York City developer asked Lewandowski what he would do to turn things around, the only thing he could come up with was for Trump to announce his pick for vice-president.
Pitching that as the solution sealed his fate, the source said. “The VP pick was the one piece of suspense that would make people tune into the convention—Corey wanted to give that away now? There was no way.”

Probably already posted but here are a couple of new ideas Mr. Trump:
1) Keep bashing Hillary/Obama/democrats/democratic policies that have failed everywhere they have been tried
2) quit talking about yourself/Trump Univ/republicans who may have pissed you off/ or anything else that does not start with or is about all items in idea #1
Yes. There are probably lots of people too embarrassed to admit who they will vote for. Who knows how many? In the end it comes down to turnout of what’s left of the bases of both parties.

My post was meant to imply TRUMP will win with secret support of those who are desperately HAPPY to vote for TRUMP, but can not support him publically without threats, pressure, and even job security.
THAT is a far cry from “embarrassment” about who they will vote for!

Just breaking. Trump’s communication guy resigned after he was caught Tweeting, “Ding Dong the Witch is Dead”, after Corey was let go today.
That was uncalled for. Corey and about maybe 10 others started with Trump on the journey and Corey worked his ASS off, made tough decisions, in order for Trump to beat 17 others.
I regret things came to this and it was no a decision made on a personal level, but a professional one.
But there is no room and I mean no room for lambasting, denigrating, and acting immature on Corey being let go.
This guy will be in demand in the future.
Thanks Corey and if Trump wins I hope he will find you a job in the new administration, you helped get him there.
