Exclusive: Corey Lewandowski Escorted Out of Trump Tower, Out of Trump Campaign
Breitbart.com ^ | Neil W. McCabe

Posted on 06/20/2016 10:35:11 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

Donald J. Trump fired his wunderkind campaign manager Corey Lewandowski Monday at the campaign’s regular Trump Tower meeting.

“Corey was escorted out of the building,” a source close to the campaign told Breitbart News.

Lewandowski came to the meeting unaware that he had lost the support of the GOP presumptive nominee, the source said. At the meeting, attended by both senior campaign staff and members of the family, Trump reviewed different campaign metrics that were all faltering: cooperation with party leaders, fundraising, surrogate operations and most importantly the polls.

The campaign manager seemed to have run out of ideas. When the New York City developer asked Lewandowski what he would do to turn things around, the only thing he could come up with was for Trump to announce his pick for vice-president.

Pitching that as the solution sealed his fate, the source said. “The VP pick was the one piece of suspense that would make people tune into the convention—Corey wanted to give that away now? There was no way.”

You sound like a woman. Pure emotion and no facts

And you sound like a deluded loser Cruzer. Buck up. Refighting the primary when all hands are needed on deck to beat Hillary just makes your pledge breaking primary loser candidate look selfish and unpatriotic. But keep it up if you wish.

So we assume that you stayed home last Presidential election also?
Mitt Romney was never even a good imitation of a conservative.
You can expect the same results this year too, if folks stick their noses in the air because they’re too “pure” to vote for a vulgarian like Trump. Prepare for 8 years of Hillary and for the USA to be like Venezuela in short order. And don’t complain afterwards. God gave you Trump as a lifeboat but you’d rather drown. Some of us will accept the gift and we don’t want to hear about it from you later, because you were offered the gift as well, and could have used it to help your country.

Yep.

Don’t think we have the story here.

“...Jeb, Mitt, McCain and Co all have a more conservative voting record than Trump.”

What “voting record: are you talking about ? Not sure how to break it to you, but neither Jeb nor Mitt ever served in Congress, so they don’t have “voting records” either. Both were governors. Romney got us the precursor to Obamacare, that’s quite a record. Jeb’s record overall in FL is a bit better than Romney’s but the Terri Schiavo family wasn’t pleased with his service there. And most conservatives don’t look at granting amnesty to illegal border crossing as “acts of love” as Jeb does.

At least Cruz has a voting record and has been elected to something.

I assume you stayed home while I voted for the Republican in the last Presidential election. Did you vote for Obama?

Will you vote for Hillary if Trump doesn’t get the nod?

I voted for Mr Romney, even though I pretty much hated him at the time. I didn’t want Obama to have another term. Couldn’t stand John McCain either but I didn’t stay home that time either.
Now I will vote for Trump and write him in if I have to, as he won the nomination fair and square.

Remember, a vote that isn’t for the Republican is a vote for Hillary. #NoHillary

Hi, Rita and Col Freeper!

I’m still here, and getting over my year of chemotherapy slowly but surely.

Don’t post much, but I do a lot of lurking and reading the threads.

THANK God you are watching out for us! You’re a saint.

Lot of changes and handles on FR— so possibly some may not remember the sentinel you are, and back when the place rocked with election year ZOT meat, always cooking on the grill.

You always kept us informed when faithfulness mattered. A LOT!

Viking Kitties were a banner bunch and gave them top billing.

Certainly hope you are strengthening and if loving you helps, then we’ve got your back on that! XOXO, Rita

Since you mentioned Cruz, perhaps you can explain something about him. Namely, how does a person—any person, come to that—only learn at age 44 that they are a Natural Born Citizen of Canada?

God Bless you, my dear friend.

You’re very kind, and I’m planning to start my exercise program again. It’s nice to have a
couple of treadmills and a bunch of free weights, a slant board, and a nice basement in which
to do all the exercising.

Pray for my good health as I pray for yours. And may God Bless President Trump!

[rummages around in my ping lists...] Will find my ZOT ping list ASAP!

It is strange. Kinda like how a guy can financially support Hillary’s campaigns and then say she shouldn’t be elected.

If a country doesn’t have birthright citizenship, how does a person become a citizen of that country?

I’m voting for Trump, the Republican who won fair and square. If you aren’t, remember that there are only 2 sides. Choose wisely.
Goodbye

Good to see you, Lady! Glad you got through the last year’s adversity alright.

I’m not posting as much either, but I’m always reading. Hell of an election, isn’t it?
