An 11-year-old Montgomery County boy awoke in his bunk bed one night last November and heard noises coming from the bottom bunk, where his 6-year-old sister slept. At first, he thought she was having a nightmare. Instead, the girl was "living her worst nightmare," a prosecutor told jurors Tuesday. "A strange man in her bed, at four o'clock in the morning, lights off, as he sexually assaulted her."
Assistant District Attorney M. Stewart Ryan offered that description in opening arguments at the trial of Oscar Herrera, a 29-year-old Hatfield man accused of breaking into the family's apartment and raping the girl.
Prosecutors said their case will include testimony from the girl and DNA evidence.

Sickening, too.

It’s like hushing this stuff up is uber alles, lest their favorite cause suffer a set back. It’s like they won’t even insist that these immigrants clean up their collective act in order to be welcome, no it is like the three monkeys who see, hear, and report no evil.
He had been caught trying to break into other neighbor’s apartments and and has committed other crimes yet he’s still there.
Oh, he’s a “Hatfield man”, is he?
The bastards was..”caught trying to break into other neighbors apartments and and has committed other crimes yet hes still there.”.....
To bad the meaning of “he’s still there” doesn’t mean he’s hanging by the neck on the front porch for all who pass by can see.
Fathers and older brothers should never call the police, instead the coroner should be the ones to call the police.
Oscar Herrera, a 29-year-old Hatfield man accused of breaking into the family’s apartment and raping the girl?
Would this not suggest or imply the suspect is from the Hatfield area? The article then states further down the suspect needs a tax paid interpreter in court just to communicate.
Funny how the media words things.
Assuming there is a father in the picture at all, which sadly, is becoming rarer by the day...

If I was that girl’s parent he wouldn’t be alive right now to attend trial.
I am disappointed that this evil predator survived to go to trial. If he was caught in the act, he could have been killed in the process of stopping an attack on his innocent victim. At least once he’s in prison ordinary decent criminals may do what the parents failed to do.
I have a rope and a strong oak tree.
The other “interesting tidbit” from this rag is the conviction of Chaka Fattah (”born” David Davenport), an ELEVEN TERM Congressman. Looks as though he and a number of his “staff” are headed for the graybar motel.
I like four strong ropes and four strong horses. A little more clean-up required but it sure puts an exclamation point on things!
