Personally, I do not believe she will be indicted, but I think it is very possible the FBI will request the impaneling of a grand jury. I believe, and have always believed, that Lynch OR the head of the Justice Dept. unit overseeing the investigation will kill that request. I believe there is sufficient evidence to go forward, but I do not believe it will happen. I hope I am wrong.
