I notice in the video that what we heard from our news sources as Putin thinks Trump is “brilliant” is given by RT as “bright,” and then in brackets, “colorful.”

“Colorful” is a far cry from “brilliant.” Is Putin changing his tune, did something get lost in translation, or was our media being sensationalist as usual?
